1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Unused Keys: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if the key has not been activated or revealed.

  • Invalid or Defective Keys: Eligible for a free replacement or full refund, verified by our team within 48 hours.

Non-Refundable:

  • Keys marked as “Used” or “Activated” (based on Microsoft, Adobe, or developer policies).

  • Orders older than 7 days (except invalid keys covered by our Guarantee).


2. How to Request a Refund

  • Screenshot of the error message or issue

We respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.


3. Refund Process

  • Approved Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment method:

    • Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 days

    • PayPal: 1–3 days

    • Cryptocurrency: Case-by-case (based on exchange value at time of refund)

  • Refunds are always returned to your original payment source.


4. Exceptions

  • Fraudulent Claims: If we detect misuse (e.g., repeated false invalid key reports), we may deny the refund and suspend future purchases.

  • ⚠️ Bulk Orders (10+ keys): Require prior approval for refunds or replacements.

All software keys sold on ExtraEjoy are 100% genuine at the time of sale.

If your key doesn’t work due to our error, we will:
